Ann Stehling is an associate in the Real Estate Group at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. Ann maintains a diverse transactional real estate practice encompassing acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, construction, and financing for residential, office, retail, hospitality, and industrial projects. She also represents clients in real property-related disputes and litigation, including breach of contract claims, mechanic’s liens, Rule 106 actions, and matters involving lis pendens.

Prior to joining Davis Graham, Ann practiced for five years in Austin, Texas. She started her legal career as an associate at an international law firm, where she supported private and emerging growth companies on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity, and corporate formation and governance. She then served as associate counsel for a boutique law firm specializing in regulatory compliance and litigation, where she represented clients before administrative bodies, governmental entities, and state and federal courts. Ann’s unique legal background gives her a breadth of experience, making her adaptable to her clients’ needs.

Ann graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and received her B.A. in Government from The University of Texas at Austin. During law school, she was awarded the prestigious Hatton W. Sumners Foundation Scholarship and was selected as lead articles editor for theSMU Law Review.  She also served as a judicial extern with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas and as an intern with the McAllen City Attorney’s Office.  

Ann is an active member of the Colorado Women’s Bar Association (CWBA) and serves on the CWBA’s Convention Committee. She is also a member of Habitat for Humanity’s Women Build committee and has organized the firm’s participation in Women Build Week since 2024.
