Jordan Helton
Associate
Jordan Helton is an associate in the Trial Group at Davis Graham, where she assists clients in navigating their most challenging commercial litigation disputes. She has experience in all stages of a dispute, from pre-litigation case assessment to resolution.
Prior to joining Davis Graham, Jordan practiced at both national and local business law firms in Denver, representing businesses and individuals in high-stakes litigation before state and federal courts. Her expertise spans a broad range of matters, including business and contract law, real estate, construction, property law, intellectual property, and bankruptcy. Earlier in her career, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Emmet G. Sullivan and as a judicial intern to the Honorable Christopher R. Cooper, both on the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. She also practiced at an international law firm in Washington, DC.
Jordan earned her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law in Washington, DC., and holds a B.S. from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University.
Before entering the legal field, Jordan worked as a communications manager for the International Rescue Committee. Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys spending time with her family in the Colorado outdoors.
