Davis Graham Women’s Network

An important part of our diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts is the empowerment and advancement of women in the legal industry. Women are key to the firm’s ongoing success, leading our efforts from positions on the Executive Committee, the managing partner level, and over 49% of attorneys. Our commitment to supporting their professional and personal growth is put into action through The Davis Graham Women’s Network — a network available to all of the firm’s women attorneys that offers training programs and networking opportunities throughout the year.

Women in Leadership Lecture Series (WILLS)

A dynamic component of this initiative is the Women in Leadership Lecture Series (WILLS), which highlights valuable perspectives on overcoming instances of gender bias and other inequities on the path to leadership.

Colorado Women’s Bar Association

Davis Graham currently has attorneys serving in committee leadership and on the board of directors for the Colorado Women’s Bar Association. The firm actively encourages attorneys to get involved in organizations they care about and, through their involvement, to make a positive difference in the community.
