Stephanie Block-Guedez is an associate in the Corporate & Business Advisory Group at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. Stephanie advises her clients on a range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital financings, and general corporate governance. She utilizes her background in business, tax, and law to provide comprehensive solutions for her clients and effectively guide them through complex transactions. Stephanie was named among the “Ones to Watch” in Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions Law by Best Lawyers®, an annual guide by publisher Woodward/White Inc.
Prior to joining Davis Graham, Stephanie worked at international law firms representing multinational companies, institutional investors, and emerging growth companies. Prior to that, she worked at KPMG where she advised multinational companies on complex tax matters related to domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
Stephanie received her J.D., MBA, and master’s in accounting from Northeastern University and her B.A. from Skidmore College.
