Summer Law Clerks

At Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, we offer law students the unique opportunity to learn about the practice of law by being immersed in our clients’ cases, transactions, and matters. We believe that the best way to decide upon your career course is through a real-life and up-close view of what it means to be a lawyer. At Davis Graham you will be exposed to the day-to-day activities of a law practice by working closely with our lawyers on real matters for our clients, no matter which practice interests you.

Davis Graham seeks law students who are considering Denver as the place where they want to live and practice law. Additionally, it is important to us that a candidate’s experience shows demonstrated excellence in academic pursuits, intellectual curiosity, a strong work ethic, willingness to work in teams, commitment to inclusivity, and to our community.

At Davis Graham you can expect your summer with us to mirror the experience of a first-year associate. During the program, summer law clerks will be asked to assist our partners in the legal research, analysis, and drafting associated with our everyday practice. Davis Graham is committed to inviting our summer law clerks, whenever possible, to attend client meetings, negotiations, and closings that may occur during the program, and we will make every effort to introduce you to as many aspects of our practices as possible. Several social events will be planned to help you get acquainted with our attorneys and staff as well as your peers.
