The presentation will include information about the current state of rules affecting “remote” work by lawyers, the intersection of lawyer and judicial ethics, and some basics on the ethics of litigation financing arrangements. Among the rules of professional conduct covered in the presentation will be Rules 1.6, 5.4, 5.5, and 8.3.
