Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce that Alex Paalborg has rejoined the firm as of counsel in the Technology Transactions & Intellectual Property Group.
With over a decade of experience, Alex advises clients on legal issues related to data privacy, technology, intellectual property, and commercial transactions. He has experience working with early stage start ups to Fortune 30 corporations, helping to streamline evolving federal state and international privacy requirements and create privacy programs in a practical and risk-based way. “We are happy to have Alex return to Davis Graham as a pivotal addition to our Group. Prior to rejoining Davis Graham, Alex was counsel in the Privacy & Legal Information Security Team at Comcast in Philadelphia. At Comcast, Alex advised on numerous issues associated with data privacy, including product/service development, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions.
Alex is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/US (CIPP/US) credentialed by the International Association of Privacy Professionals. Alex earned a J.D. from the University of San Diego Law School and a B.A. from the University of Arizona.
