Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce that Alyssa G. Novoselac has joined the firm’s Transactions Department as an associate. She is admitted to practice law in New York and temporarily authorized to practice in Colorado pending admission under C.R.C.P. 205.6.
Ms. Novoselac’s practice has an emphasis on corporate and finance law. She has experience in a variety of corporate transactional matters and is a trusted advisor to public and private companies navigating complex regulatory requirements. Her expertise spans a wide range of areas, ensuring that her clients receive comprehensive guidance and support throughout every stage of their business ventures. Before joining Davis Graham, she was an associate at international law firms in New York and Toronto, where she focused on corporate governance and assisted public companies and mutual funds in regulatory filings, securitizations, and other structured finance and direct and syndicated lending matters.
Ms. Novoselac received her J.D. and MBA from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law and the Rotman School of Management. While in law school, she evaluated compliance with corporate governance practices at the Ontario Securities Commission, focusing on women’s representation in executive roles and on boards. She also holds an Honors B.Sc. with a Specialist in Forensic Science and Biology from the University of Toronto Mississauga.
