Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce that Ann E. Stehling has joined the firm as an associate in the Real Estate Group. She is admitted to practice law in Colorado and Texas.
Ms. Stehling’s practice will focus on real estate transactions, leveraging her experience in corporate and regulatory law practice. She previously practiced in Texas and, most recently, served as associate counsel in the Austin office of a boutique law firm specializing in regulatory compliance and litigation. She has advised governmental bodies and businesses on a broad range of civil and administrative matters, including government investigations, regulatory compliance and risk analysis, government contracting, and policymaking. Earlier, Ms. Stehling was an associate in the Austin office of an international law firm, where she counseled private and emerging growth companies on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity, and formation and governance.
Ms. Stehling received her J.D. with honors from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and her B.A. in Government from The University of Texas at Austin. During law school, she served as Lead Articles Editor for the SMU Law Review and interned for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas and the McAllen City Attorney’s Office.
