A comprehensive corporate compliance program provides an essential framework for preventing misconduct, detecting misconduct, and mitigating civil and criminal legal risk. Yet, for newer or smaller companies, creating, maintaining and auditing such a program can be daunting. This seminar will delve into the key elements of an effective compliance program, including written policies and procedures, training, employee engagement, internal accountability, and metrics.
