    Ethical traps persist, even when you’re no longer recording your time in 6-minute increments. Please join your Davis Graham alumni colleagues for a webinar about common ethical issues facing in-house counsel. Ben Strawn and Sarah Carlson will refresh attendees’ memory of attorney-client privilege issues involving corporate entities, including the privilege as applied across multiple related entities, potential conflicts with individual corporate representatives, and when a lawyer steps outside the attorney role and into a business role.
