  • Davis Graham Seminar: NEPA at 50—Time for a Refresh?

For the first time in decades, the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) has proposed comprehensive revisions to the regulations implementing the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). CEQ intends these revisions to both modernize federal agencies’ implementation of NEPA and facilitate more efficient and timely NEPA reviews. Some of the more significant proposed revisions include length and time limitations for NEPA documents, changes to the scope of effects that agencies must analyze, and alterations to the role of private applicants and public participants during the NEPA process. In addition to these proposed revisions, CEQ is also seeking comment on a variety of issues, including the treatment of climate change in NEPA documents. Join us for a discussion of the proposed revisions and their potential impacts on the federal permitting process.

These feelings of self-doubt and fraudulence can cripple female leaders who are climbing the corporate ladder or have already earned a seat at the table. Please join us for a discussion on why Imposter Syndrome exists, strategies for combating, and most importantly, how to prevent Imposter Syndrome from interfering with your leadership potential.

Dr. Nita Mosby Tyler is the chief catalyst and founder of The Equity Project, LLC — an organization designed to support organizations and communities in building diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies.
