Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce that Chelsea Bollman has joined the firm as an associate in the Trial Group. Chelsea is admitted to practice in Minnesota. She is not admitted to practice in Colorado.
Chelsea Bollman focuses her practice on high-stakes commercial disputes, investigations, class actions, and multi-district litigation in both federal and state courts across a range of industries. She has experience in pre-litigation investigations and managing all stages of litigation and discovery.
Prior to joining Davis Graham, Chelsea practiced in the Minneapolis office of a global law firm, where she counseled clients on antitrust litigation and investigations, claims brought under the Anti-Terrorism Act, and other complex commercial claims. While there, she also regularly served as lead counsel in Fair Credit Reporting Act matters in federal court.
During law school, she externed for the Honorable Patrick J. Schiltz of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota and the Office of the General Counsel at the University of Notre Dame. Chelsea earned her J.D. from Notre Dame Law School and her B.A. from Michigan State University.
