Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce that Christopher W. Dan has joined the firm’s Advocacy Department as an associate. Mr. Dan is admitted to practice law in Arizona and Colorado. His practice will continue to have an emphasis on products liability and commercial litigation.
Before joining Davis Graham, Mr. Dan gained extensive litigation experience as an associate in the Denver office of a boutique law firm. While there, he specialized in products liability defense, professional liability defense, and premises liability defense. In litigation and regulatory proceedings, Mr. Dan represented a broad range of clients, including lawyers, doctors, accountants, luxury resorts, and distributors. Earlier in his career, Mr. Dan was an associate in the Phoenix office of a mid-sized law firm, where his practice focused on commercial litigation and real estate litigation. Prior to that, Mr. Dan held judicial clerkships with the Honorable David D. Weinzweig of the Arizona Court of Appeals and the Honorable William G. Montgomery of the Arizona Supreme Court.
Mr. Dan received his J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. While in law school, he was an extern for the Honorable Clint Bolick at the Arizona Supreme Court and a law clerk at Fidelity National Title Group. He was a teaching assistant for research and writing courses and an editor for the Arizona State Law Journal. Mr. Dan earned a B.A. in Germanic Languages and Literatures, and International Studies.
