Davis Graham is pleased to announce that partner Joel O. Benson has been elected Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law (FNREL). Joel’s extensive experience in domestic and international debt financings, acquisitions, divestitures, and commercial transactions in the natural resources sector makes him a valuable asset to the Foundation.
Joel has been recognized in The International Who’s Who of Mining Lawyers each year since 2011 and has earned an AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rating™ from Martindale-AVVO® since 2006. Additionally, Joel has been named in The Best Lawyers in America for Oil & Gas Law and received the “Lawyer of the Year” recognition for Oil and Gas Law by Best Lawyers in 2023.
