Press Releases | November 2, 2016 Davis Graham Adds Three New Attorneys

Carolina de Armas and Otto Hanson have joined the Finance & Acquisitions Department and Daniel Rosales has joined the Trial Department as associates at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP.

Carolina de Armas’ practice focuses on corporate law, including mergers & acquisitions. Prior to joining Davis Graham, Ms. Armas served as a law clerk to the Honorable Gregory J. Hobbs at the Colorado Supreme Court. Ms. Armas received her J.D. from Stanford Law School, where she worked for Professor Robert Daines, teaching Corporations to first and second year law students. She received her B.A. in English, with a minor in Economics, from Duke University. Ms. Armas is admitted to practice in Colorado.

Otto Hanson’s practice emphasis is on private equity & venture capital, intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, and technology transactions. Before pursuing a legal career, Mr. Hanson held business management positions at startups in Boulder, Colorado and Silicon Valley, California. Mr. Hanson received his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School, his M.B.A. from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies, and his B.A. from Northern Arizona University. Mr. Hanson is admitted to practice in Colorado.

Daniel Rosales’ practice focuses on litigation, arbitration, trial, and appeals. Prior to joining Davis Graham, he interned for the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office and then served as a law clerk to the Honorable Justice Chavez of the New Mexico Supreme Court. Mr. Rosales received his J.D. from Cornell Law School, where he was the executive editor of the Cornell Legal Information Institute Supreme Court Bulletin and an editor for the Cornell International Law Journal. He attended Occidental College, where he majored in Political Science. Mr. Rosales is admitted to practice in New York and New Mexico, and his application for admission in Colorado is pending.
