DENVER – December 12, 2013 – Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP has elected Radcliffe Dann IV, Lamont Larsen, and Kristi Walton as partners effective January 1, 2014.

Mr. Dann and Mr. Larsen have practiced as associates in the firm’s Natural Resources Department since joining Davis Graham in 2010 and 2007, respectively. Ms. Walton is a member of the Trial Department and has practiced as an associate at Davis Graham since 2008. “We are very pleased to add these new partners. Each will be a great addition to the partnership in their respective practice areas,” said Chris Richardson, the firm’s managing partner.

Radcliffe Dann IV

Mr. Dann’s practice focuses on complex environmental litigation, permitting and regulatory compliance, enforcement, and site remediation. Mr. Dann regularly counsels clients in the oil and gas, mining, and other natural resource industries on compliance and regulatory issues under federal and state environmental laws. Mr. Dann has experience on a wide variety of matters governed by the Clean Air Act, CERCLA, the Clean Water Act, RCRA, and similar state environmental laws.

Mr. Dann graduated from Georgetown University Law Center in 2005 and earned his B.A. from the University of Florida in 2002.

Lamont Larsen

Mr. Larsen’s practice focuses on upstream transactional matters for the oil and gas industry. He represents clients in their efforts to acquire or sell oil and gas assets. His practice also includes the drafting and negotiation of exploration, participation, joint operating, farm-out, and other agreements pertaining to the exploration, development and production of oil and gas. Mr. Larsen also has extensive experience in the preparation of all forms of title opinions covering fee, state and federal lands.

Mr. Larsen graduated from The University of Texas School of Law in 2005 and earned his B.A. from Brigham Young University in 2002.

Kristi Walton

Ms. Walton practices primarily in the field of employment and labor law. Specifically, she litigates and advises clients in the areas of layoffs, employment agreements, equal employment opportunity, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims based on Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Family Medical Leave Act, and corresponding Colorado and California state law; unlawful discharge; noncompetition agreements; and wage and hour laws.

Ms. Walton graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of Law in 2005 and earned her B.S. from the University of California, Irvine in 1999.
