Davis Graham & Stubbs is pleased to announce the formation of the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group. This group is comprised of a team of highly skilled and deeply experienced trial attorneys who are regularly called upon to assist clients from a variety of industries to protect their IP assets, including trademark, copyright, patent, and trade secrets cases.

Davis Graham has experienced strategic growth in its Intellectual Property practice over the past year, adding two seasoned IP practice specialists who are the catalysts of this new group, Dr. Dorothy Auth and Shane Niebergall, formerly partners in the New York and Denver offices of prestigious international law firms. With over 50 years of combined practice experience, Mr. Niebergall specializes in U.S. and international property counseling, litigation, and patent prosecution. Dr. Auth navigates complex patent and trademark litigation and provides intellectual property licensing, patent procurement, and counseling services across various industries. Both Auth and Niebergall join Davis Graham partner Emily Wasserman, whose practice emphasizes complex commercial litigation, intellectual property disputes, and counseling clients regarding their intellectual property rights. Jill Lynch, of counsel, who also recently joined the firm, rounds out the team with a trial practice that focuses on complex business matters, commercial litigation, and intellectual property litigation.

This enhanced group deepens the firm’s bench and offers a team of trial-tested attorneys who zealously represent their client’s interests in many forums, including at trials, administrative proceedings, arbitrations, inter partes patent and trademark office proceedings, and during negotiations.
