DENVER – July 7, 2016 – Paul Swanson and Scott Turbeville have joined Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP as associates. Mr. Swanson is in the Trial Department and Mr. Turbeville is in the Finance & Acquisitions Department.
Prior to joining Davis Graham, Mr. Swanson was a litigation associate at a large firm in New York. His practice has focused on general commercial litigation, securities litigation, intellectual property litigation, appeals, white collar defense and investigations, and First Amendment law. He received his J.D. from Cornell Law School, where he served as articles editor for the Cornell Law Review, and his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Swanson is admitted to practice in New York. He is not admitted to practice in Colorado at this time.
Mr. Turbeville’s practice covers a broad range of corporate and business law matters, including acquisition transactions, public and private placements of debt and equity securities, securities law disclosure and compliance, corporate governance, and entity formation. He also advises clients in connection with negotiations of commercial agreements and counsels clients on general corporate law and contractual matters. He recently worked as an associate at a large firm in New York. Mr. Turbeville received his B.A. from The University of Texas at Dallas in Business Management, and his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. He is admitted to practice in New York and his application for admission in Colorado is pending.
