DENVER
– September 7, 2023 – Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce
that Alexandra Lewis and Brooke Rogers have joined the
firm’s Trial Group. Their collective experience will further strengthen the
firm’s capabilities when assisting clients with commercial and civil litigation
matters.
Alexandra
Lewis has
joined Davis Graham as an associate, where her litigation practice focuses on antitrust,
white collar, and commercial matters. Prior to joining Davis Graham, Ms. Lewis was
an associate in the Chicago office of an international law firm. She has
achieved several successful outcomes for her clients, including securing
summary judgment in a trade secret misappropriation lawsuit and playing an
integral role on a trial team that obtained a landmark acquittal in a criminal
no-poach market allocation case following an eight-day jury trial in the
District of Colorado. While earning her J.D. from the University of California,
Irvine School of Law, she completed a full-time externship
with the Antitrust Division at the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington,
DC. In addition, Ms. Lewis was an honors program extern with the Enforcement
Division at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Los Angeles. Ms.
Lewis earned her B.A. in International Relations and Spanish Language and
Literature from Tulane University. She is admitted to practice in Illinois and
before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She has
not yet been admitted to practice in Colorado.
Brooke
Rogers is
temporarily authorized to practice in Colorado, pending admission under
C.R.C.P. 205.6. Ms.
Rogers has joined the firm as an associate. Ms. Rogers focuses her
practice on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on breach of contract and
UCC disputes. She also handles product liability cases, including warranty
claims and environmental law matters, and has experience with high-profile
defamation actions. Before joining Davis Graham, Ms. Rogers was an associate in the
Chicago office of an international law firm. She has experience in all stages
of litigation and has managed noteworthy cases across multiple jurisdictions,
providing full-service support to corporate clients. Earlier in her career, Ms.
Rogers was an associate in the commercial litigation practice of a nationally
recognized litigation firm based in Chicago. She earned her J.D. from Loyola
University School of Law and her BASc from the University of Pennsylvania.
During law school, Ms. Rogers was the student articles editor for the Loyola University Chicago Law
Journal. She is admitted to practice in Illinois and before
the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, U.S. District
Court for the District of Wisconsin, and U.S. District Court for the Eastern
District of Michigan.
