Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce that Elise K. Reecer has joined the firm’s Trial Department as an associate. She is currently admitted to practice law in Tennessee, where she previously worked as a litigation associate, and her application for admission to practice law in Colorado is pending. At Davis Graham, Ms. Reecer’s practice will focus on commercial litigation, white-collar investigations and business litigation, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Ms. Reecer received her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif, and her B.A. from the University of Tennessee, from which she graduated summa cum laude. While in law school, she served as a student advocate at Vanderbilt’s Criminal Law Clinic and as a law clerk with the Tennessee Attorney General’s Office. She also completed internships with the State of Tennessee, the Department of the Treasury, and the U.S. Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions.
Ms. Reecer is a former member of the Harry Phillips American Inn of Court and looks forward to contributing to the Colorado legal community.
