Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce that Elizabeth Griffith has joined the firm’s Energy & Mining Group as of counsel. She is admitted to practice law in Colorado. Her practice will continue to have an emphasis on oil and gas matters.
Prior to joining Davis Graham, Ms. Griffith worked for an exploration and production company headquartered in Denver, where she led the negotiation and review for the upstream contract program. She also served as a contractual risk attorney for an integrated financial services company and analyzed over 1,000 B2B contracts. Ms. Griffith’s extensive knowledge of over a dozen industries enabled her to provide practical and innovative solutions to clients and teams regarding risk. Earlier in her career, she practiced immigration law at two boutique firms in Colorado.
Ms. Griffith received her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. While in law school, she was a member of the Student Trial Lawyers Association. She earned her B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy from the University of Colorado Boulder.
