Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce that Evan Williams has rejoined the firm as an associate. Mr. Williams’ practice will continue to have an emphasis on corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate counseling.
Prior to rejoining Davis Graham, Mr. Williams was an associate in the Denver office of a national boutique firm, focusing his practice on M&A and corporate counseling. Earlier in his career, Mr. Williams practiced in the Davis Graham Corporate & Business Advisory Group, focusing on corporate and business law.
He received his J.D., with honors, from the University of Chicago Law School, where he served as an articles editor for the Chicago Journal of International Law. He later interned for Justice Allison H. Eid of the Colorado Supreme Court.
Mr. Williams graduated with distinction from the University of Colorado with degrees in philosophy, political science, and economics. He is admitted to practice in Colorado.
