Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce that Lee J. Pannier has rejoined the firm as of counsel. He is admitted to practice law in Colorado and Texas.
Mr. Pannier’s practice broadly emphasizes real estate law, bankruptcy, and creditors’ rights. He brings to Davis Graham unique competencies acquired during his over six years as vice president and senior counsel at Alden Torch Financial LLC in Denver, where he worked on a wide variety of real estate and partnership matters focusing on Low-Income Housing Tax Credit properties. Before joining Alden Torch Financial LLC’s in-house legal team, Mr. Pannier was an associate at Davis Graham. His work encompassed real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, construction, and joint ventures. Prior to his time at Davis Graham, he served as an associate at a Texas-based commercial law firm where his practice primarily focused on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights.
Mr. Pannier received his J.D., cum laude, from Marquette University Law School. While earning his law degree, he was a legal volunteer at the Marquette Legal Clinic and served as a legal intern for the Honorable Rudolph T. Randa of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. He completed his final legal internship with Trinity Industries, Inc., a diversified industrial company that provides railcar products and services in North America. Mr. Pannier earned his B.A. in History and Anthropology from The University of Texas at Austin.
