Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce that Nathan Bartell has joined the firm as an associate. He is currently admitted to practice law in Colorado.
Mr. Bartell’s practice focuses on corporate and transactional law, including mergers and acquisitions, securities transactions, and general corporate matters. Prior to joining Davis Graham, Mr. Bartell worked at a boutique Colorado law firm, first as a law clerk and later as the sole associate-level attorney in the firm’s Corporate Group and Real Estate Transactions Group.
In 2020, Mr. Bartell received his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School, where he was the recipient of several merit-based scholarships. He was involved in the University of Colorado Law Review and several student groups, including the Samuelson-Glushko Technology Law & Privacy Clinic. During law school, he gained legal experience as a law clerk for Alterra Mountain Company and then as a legal extern in the Municipal Operations Section of the Denver City Attorney’s Office.
Mr. Bartell holds a B.A. in English Literature and a B.S. in Political Science from Northwestern University. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Denver Bar Association. He is also a 2015 alumnus of the Venture for America entrepreneurial fellowship.
