Lawyers need to be aware of the business ecosystem in which their clients operate. The Colorado Chamber of Commerce is uniquely positioned to provide lawyers and the companies they represent with an informed overview of state legislation and associated rulemaking that impacts the business community, including the energy, commercial buildings and manufacturing sectors in Colorado. This program will review the more significant energy, environmental and labor & employment legislation passed during the 2025 session recently concluded. Additionally, we will review legislation, vetoed bills and rulemaking that more broadly impact labor & employment practices for all employers.
