Office Hours

Turning your idea into a business, then growing and managing it, comes with many challenges and opportunities and sifting through tons of legal information can be confusing and exhausting. That is why Davis Graham holds “Office Hours.” Although Office Hours has historically taken place at the Foundry Group (who helped co-found the initiative) in Boulder and at our offices in Denver, and the location would alternate month-to-month, Davis Graham plans to offer the free sessions virtually for the foreseeable future.

Your meeting dial-in instructions and an acknowledgement form, which confirms that you are not entering into an attorney-client relationship by attending the meeting, will be sent to you in a follow up email. Once you’ve signed and remitted the acknowledgement form, Davis Graham attorneys will be available to provide legal information to you – entrepreneurs and others on the journey of founding, growing, managing, and exiting their businesses.
