Adam P. Chenell is a member of the Real Estate Group at
Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. His practice focuses on general real estate
development, including common interest communities, affordable housing,
development and construction, and real estate acquisition and sales. His practice
also includes the development of condos and mixed, master-planned communities.

Adam’s clients range from local to national developers.
He has represented clients in the areas of residential, commercial, and
mixed-use development, general land use, and leasing matters.

Adam is knowledgeable in Fannie Mae and FHA
requirements related to project compliance. He has helped affordable housing
clients understand Fannie Mae and FHA regulations, including automatic
termination, remedy limits, income limits, and resale prices.

Prior to joining Davis Graham, Adam worked at another
Denver firm and at a small firm in Naples, Florida, where he focused on real
estate law with an emphasis on condominium and planned community formation. There,
he worked with clients ranging from small entrepreneurs to large-scale
developers.
