Aditi Kulkarni-Knight is a Senior Associate at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where she serves clients in all stages of complex commercial litigation, including discovery, motions practice, settlement negotiations, trial and arbitration, and federal and state appeals. Aditi frequently represents energy companies, technology companies, public utility companies, private equity companies, and individuals and has defended clients against claims including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, conspiracy, fraud, and negligence. She also represents clients in environmental litigation, including lawsuits alleging environmental contamination based on common-law theories and cases involving CERCLA contribution and cost recovery. Aditi is also experienced in representing both companies and individuals in SEC, DOJ, and other government investigations. 

For multiple years, Aditi has been named among the “Ones to Watch” in the area of Commercial Litigation by Best Lawyers, an annual guide by publisher Woodward/White Inc. In 2022, Aditi was named to the Lawyers of Color Annual Hot List and was previously one of five attorneys to be named an “Up and Coming Lawyer” by Law Week Colorado. Prior to joining Davis Graham, Aditi was a litigation associate at Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP.

Born and raised in Colorado, Aditi strives to stay involved in the local community. She currently serves on the University of Colorado Law Alumni Board and the board of the South Asian Bar Association of Colorado. Aditi also volunteer coaches the mock trial team at her alma mater, D’Evelyn High School.
