Amanda Breault serves as Director of Human Resources at Davis Graham, where she leads the firm’s Human Resources Department and oversees the development and implementation of its people operations and policies.
With more than 25 years of human resources experience, Amanda brings a progressive and proactive approach to strengthening organizational systems, advancing inclusive workplace practices, and aligning talent initiatives with the firm’s long-term objectives. She is committed to building a culture grounded in accountability, professional growth, and respect.
Amanda is actively involved in the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) at both the international and Mile High Chapter levels, as well as the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She holds both the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designations.
