Amanda Snavely is an associate at Davis Graham & Stubbs
LLP. Amanda focuses her practice on representing clients across the U.S.
in all aspects of bankruptcy, business restructuring, and related transactions.
She received her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, also
earning a Corporate and Commercial Law certificate, and her B.S. in Business
Administration from the University of Florida.

During law school, Amanda earned several
merit-based academic awards and served as an Academic Achievement Leader for a
second-year torts course and an Orientation Leader for new students. She was
the Vice President and Director of Community Outreach of the Student Trial
Lawyers Association, where she coached first-year students on developing trial
skills.

Prior to joining Davis Graham, Amanda was a law clerk in the
Denver office of a boutique business law firm. While there, she worked on
various complex commercial litigation matters and corporate transactions.
Earlier, Amanda was a law clerk in the legal department of a Denver-based
luxury travel company, where she gained experience in general business and real
estate law and completed a judicial internship for the Honorable Kristen L. Mix
of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
