Annie Hoodecheck is an associate in the Trial Group at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP.

Annie’s practice centers on defending complex commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on contract and employment disputes. She advises clients through the litigation lifecycle, from initial case assessment and pleadings through discovery, motion practice, and settlement negotiations. She represents companies across a broad range of industries including mining, defense, and food manufacturing. She provides practical counsel that takes into account both legal issues and business needs.

Prior to joining Davis Graham, Annie was a summer associate at the firm and earlier served as a law clerk at a large international telecommunications provider where she focused on litigation and corporate governance. Her experience includes conducting legal research, including on emerging issues in artificial intelligence, preparing case summaries, presenting findings to case teams, and supporting depositions and mediations.

Annie earned her J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, with honors. During law school, Annie focused on oral advocacy and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers upon graduation. She was the overall champion of the Anderson Center Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals Moot Court Competition, where she also won Best Appellee Brief. Annie received her B.S. from Indiana University Kelley School of Business, specializing in Public Policy Analysis and Business Law, Ethics & Decision Making. She graduated with honors and was a semi-finalist for the Fulbright U.S. Student Program.
