
Brooke Hare
Associate
Brooke is an associate at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. Her practice focuses on corporate transactional law, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital. Brooke graduated with a J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and an L.L.M. in International and European Business Law from Comillas Pontifical University in Madrid, Spain, where she wrote her master’s thesis on the European Union’s growing influence over foreign-led transactions due to recent developments of power in its merger control regime. While in law school, she was appointed to be the Co-President of the Native American Law Students Association. She also served as an associate editor of the Denver Law Review and had her article selected for publication.
Prior to joining Davis Graham, Brooke completed legal internships for the Stillaguamish Tribe of Indians in Arlington, Washington, and for the Honorable Kandace C. Gerdes of the 2nd Judicial District Court of Denver County, gaining valuable insights into both civil and criminal dockets. Most recently, she was a summer associate at Davis Graham, where she reviewed and drafted various corporate documents, conducted extensive due diligence, and supported real estate, environmental, and pro bono matters.
