Brooke Alcott is an associate in the Trial Group at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where she focuses her practice on commercial and tort litigation for large corporations. Brooke also handles product liability cases, environmental law matters, and has experience with high-profile defamation actions. She has experience in all aspects of litigation, including fact and expert depositions, brief writing, and oral arguments. Brooke has managed high-profile cases across multiple jurisdictions and provided full-service support to corporate clients, including pre-litigation investigation, compliance consulting, and business recommendations. Brooke seeks to understand her clients’ business goals and ensure their expectations in retaining legal counsel are met.

Brooke recently completed the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Lab and has a robust pro bono practice providing legal advice to members of the Denver community.

Prior to joining Davis Graham, Brooke was an associate in the Chicago office of an international law firm. Earlier in her career, she was an associate in the commercial litigation practice of a nationally recognized litigation firm based in Chicago. Before that, Brooke was a Public Interest Law Initiative (PILI) legal intern and extern in the Children and Families Practice Group of Legal Aid Chicago. 

Brooke received her J.D. from Loyola University School of Law. She earned her BASc from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was a four-year Division I student-athlete on the Women’s Rowing Team.

Brooke is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, U.S. District Court for the District of Wisconsin, and U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
