Charles L. Casteel
Senior of Counsel
Charles Casteel has successfully tried and defended many product liability cases over the past 30 years by drawing upon his trial experience and engineering background. In the last three years, he has had three major jury verdicts returned in favor of his clients. He has worked with a large number of insurance companies, automobile manufacturers and component suppliers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and producers of construction, farming, mining, and railroad machinery and equipment. He has also represented steel, chemical, and aircraft component part manufacturers and distributors in product liability cases.
Charles has served as president of the Denver Bar Association, on the Board of Governors for the Colorado Bar Association, on the Colorado Supreme Court’s Grievance Committee, and as general counsel to the Greater Denver Chamber of Commerce. He is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He has been listed in Who’s Who Legal, International Who’s Who of Business Lawyers, The Best Lawyers in America®, Colorado Super Lawyers, 5280 magazine’s “Top Lawyers,” and Who’s Who in Denver Business supplement to the Denver Business Journal. Charlees has been a lecturer in local and national continuing education trial practice programs and has been an instructor at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy’s (NITA) Rocky Mountain Regional Conference. He served on the Board of Directors for the Product Liability Advisory Council for six years and is an associate with the American Board of Trial Advocates.
