Damia Marshall

Damia Marshall is not yet admitted to practice in Colorado. Damia is an associate in the Trial Group at Davis Graham.
Damia received her J.D. from the Chicago Kent College of Law, including a Labor and Employment Certificate, and earned her B.A. in criminal justice from Livingstone College. During law school, Damia was the recipient of the Chicago Kent Scholarship and actively participated in the Labor and Employment Law Society, the Black Law Student Association, and the Trial Team. She also served as a student editor for the Labor and Employment Workplace Journal.
Damia has gained legal experience in a variety of roles. Most recently, as a summer associate at Davis Graham, she drafted motions and memoranda, collaborated on a CLE presentation with a partner, and engaged in comprehensive work related to employment and immigration law. Additionally, Damia has made significant contributions during her internships at Insight Hospital and Ascend Justice in Chicago, where she focused on reviewing employment contracts, conducting legal research, and assisting victims of domestic abuse.
