David Kuosman

David L. Kuosman is a partner in the Real Estate Group of Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. David has a diverse client base of local entrepreneurs and national institutional real estate owners. He has 30+ years’ experience representing clients in all stages of commercial real estate transactions throughout the U.S., including acquisitions, land use and entitlements, financing, joint venture structuring and negotiations, real estate development, commercial leasing (including ground leasing, multi-tenant office, retail, industrial, and warehouse leasing), dispositions, real estate brokerage issues, and foreclosures. David’s expertise also extends to advising landowners, land trusts, and governmental entities in over 70 open space and land conservation transactions.
Prior to joining Davis Graham, David was a partner in the Boulder office of an international law firm. There, he provided strategic counsel and pragmatic problem-solving to help clients achieve essential business objectives with respect to their commercial real estate holdings. David has previously served as a partner at two national law firms where he cultivated his commercial real estate expertise.
David received his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School and his MBA and B.S. from the University of Colorado. During law school, he was the associate editor for the J.D. Law Review. He is currently a member the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.
