Dorian K. Panchyson
Senior Associate
Dorian Panchyson is a senior associate in the Trial Group at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. He specializes in complex commercial litigation in both federal and state courts and advises clients on cross-border insolvency and restructuring. Dorian represents a diverse range of clients, including national and international energy companies, utilities, financial institutions, and service providers. He has extensive experience handling cases in various jurisdictions across the U.S.
Prior to joining Davis Graham, Dorian practiced at an international law firm in New York, where he facilitated favorable settlements for clients across multiple sectors, including global energy, renewable power, and clean technology. He has successfully represented major organizations in high-stakes litigation, notably a sovereign country in a case involving allegations of corruption and bid-rigging in connection with the construction of an international airport, securing a $131 million judgment following a three-and-a-half week jury trial in Miami-Dade County.
Dorian was also active with Her Justice, an organization that provides pro bono legal services to victims of domestic violence across New York City.
Earlier in his career, Dorian served as a law clerk for the Honorable Rudolph Contreras of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and completed an externship with the Honorable John M. Mott of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
Dorian earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, an MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and his B.A. from Wilfrid Laurier University. While in law school, he served as the executive editor of the Georgetown Law Journal.
Dorian is admitted to practice in Colorado, Idaho, and New York, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
