Emily Sheldon

Emily Sheldon serves as the principal liaison to the firm’s partnership overseeing attorney talent and management strategy at Davis Graham. She works closely with the firm’s Executive Committee to design and direct attorney recruitment, integration, advancement, training, mentoring, evaluation, and performance management. Emily also serves as a liaison to the firm’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Partnership Selection Committees, and oversees the Associate Committee. She brings over a decade of law firm management, including past positions with AM Law 100 firms.

Emily received her B.S.B.A. in International Business from the University of Denver. She has held various board positions with the Denver Area Legal Recruiting Association and has presented on topics such as leading impactful summer programs and effective attorney mentoring at the annual National Association for Law Placement conference.
