Erin Gust is an associate in the Trial Group at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where she focuses her practice on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on intellectual property and appeals. Erin also handles breach of contract, business tort, property, and environmental law matters. She has experience in all phases of litigation from pre-filing negotiations to discovery disputes to drafting motion for summary judgment briefs to preparing appeals.

Prior to joining Davis Graham, Erin served as a law clerk to then-Chief Judge Timothy M. Tymkovich of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and Judge Daniel D. Domenico of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. She utilizes her clerkship experience to provide insights and strategic decision-making advice to clients litigating in federal and state court. 

Erin received her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law with a Constitutional Rights & Remedies Certificate, graduating in the top 1% of her class. She earned a B.S. in Advertising and a Business Foundations Certificate from the University of Texas, Austin.

Erin is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
