Hunter Ross
Associate
Hunter Ross is a property rights associate at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. His practice focuses on representing developers, property owners, landlords, and other clients in real estate disputes. Hunter represents clients at all stages of litigation and prides himself on always working to identify creative solutions to complex disputes.
Hunter’s practice spans a broad range of real estate litigation matters, including Rule 106 actions challenging local land use decisions, constitutional challenges to governmental actions affecting private property, commercial landlord-tenant disputes, easement and access issues, and other conflicts involving real property.
In addition to litigating in state and federal courts, Hunter represents clients before local governments in land use matters.
Before joining Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, Hunter practiced at a law firm in Aspen, Colorado, where he also focused on real estate litigation. He currently serves on the Board of the Denver Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division. Prior to attending law school, Hunter worked on issue advocacy campaigns at a public affairs firm in Washington, D.C.
Hunter graduated Order of the Coif from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he was the Tenth Circuit Articles Editor for the Denver Law Review.
Outside of his practice, Hunter enjoys golfing, skiing, hiking, and finding other ways to get outside.
