
Ixchel Parr-Culver
Associate
Ixchel is an associate in the Environmental & Public Lands Group at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where her practice focuses on environmental and natural resources law. Ixchel assists clients with enforcement defense, environmental regulatory counseling, litigation, and administrative proceedings related to the Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, NEPA, CERCLA, and RCRA.
Prior to joining Davis Graham, Ixchel served as an assistant attorney general in the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) of Texas in the Environmental Protection Division. While at OAG, Ixchel litigated Texas’s interests in state and federal district courts and on appeal, where she defended and enforced Texas’s environmental regulatory decisions, statutes, and rules. Ixchel also counseled various branches of the Texas government on environmental law and litigation.
Ixchel received her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and her B.A. from St. Edwards University. During law school, she worked for the Environmental Law Clinic and Domestic Violence Clinic and gained experience as a legal intern at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and the Environmental Protection Division at the OAG.
