He regularly supports clients through environmental investigations, remediation strategies, and cost recovery and contribution claims.
Prior to joining Davis Graham, Jack worked on significant Superfund and remediation matters nationwide, advising manufacturers, chemical, and automotive companies on site investigation, cleanup, and long-term liability, including matters involving the Passaic River and Diamond Alkali Superfund Site in New Jersey and the Willamette River Portland Harbor Superfund Site in Oregon. He also counseled clients on environmental risks that may materially impact corporate transactions.
In addition to his environmental practice, Jack has experience in complex commercial litigation and has advised government clients in investigative matters. He also maintains an active pro bono practice.
