
John Siragusa
Associate
John advises on corporate and business law matters, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, finance, and real estate transactions. He provides guidance to clients on diligence, drafting, and governance issues.
Prior to joining Davis Graham, John worked in business development and client relations for two leading global law firms. He leverages this experience to enhance his commitment to providing exceptional client service.
John earned his B.A. from Vassar College and his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he graduated Order of the Coif as a Sturm Law Scholar. He was recognized with the Excellence in Transactional Skills Award and several Scholastic Excellence Awards. During law school, John completed a certificate in Corporate and Commercial Law and gained practical experience through internships at Xcel Energy and the Colorado Attorney General’s Office, as well as a summer associate position at Davis Graham.
Dedicated to community service, John is the Treasurer of the Colorado Gay Volleyball Association and volunteers with the Tribal Wills Project. In his free time, he enjoys playing volleyball, hiking, board games, and trivia.
