Jonathan Goldstein is a partner in the Real Estate Group at Davis Graham. He represents clients in acquisitions, dispositions, construction and development, financing, management, and leasing of real property interests nationwide across a range of industries, including hospitality, technology, and energy. He also advises private companies more generally in complex commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, debt and equity financings, and commercial contracts.

A substantial portion of Jon’s practice is currently dedicated to the hospitality industry, advising investors, owners, operators, and developers of hotel properties on matters such as acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and hotel management agreements.

Jon currently serves on the board of directors of the Colorado Lawyers Committee and on the development committee of the Denver Public Schools Foundation.  Additionally, he is a graduate of the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation’s 2023 Leadership Denver class and the Downtown Denver Partnership’s 2018 Leadership Program. He is a member of the William E. Doyle Inn of Court and the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations. In 2022-2024, he was named among the Best Lawyers “Ones to Watch” in the area of Real Estate Law. He was also recognized as a “Rising Star” by Colorado Super Lawyers and was named a Top Lawyer in Real Estate law by 5280 (2025).

Before joining Davis Graham, Jon served as law clerk to the Honorable Daniel M. Taubman on the Colorado Court of Appeals and was a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in Peru.
