Jonathon Hill is an associate at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP in the Business & Corporate Advisory Group, where his practice focuses on corporate transactional law. Jonathon received his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Denver. During law school, Jonathon served as co-president of the Black Law Students Association, a staff editor for the Transportation Law Journal, a teaching assistant, and a student attorney in the Civil Rights Clinic.
Prior to joining Davis Graham, Jonathon was a summer associate at the firm, where he gained legal experience conducting research on real estate, mineral rights, and nonprofit issues and developing intricate 50-state surveys on taxation, recording statutes, oil and gas indemnification limitations, and intellectual property laws. He also drafted, organized, and reviewed documents in connection with mergers and acquisitions and authored legal alerts analyzing recent federal antitrust developments and state real estate statutes.
Jonathon began his career in roles spanning public service, education, and community-based initiatives. With the City and County of Denver, he advanced economic opportunity, strengthened community partnerships, and contributed to regional affairs through research, policy development, stakeholder engagement, and detailed meeting summaries. Earlier, he served as a tutor and after-school program director, designing tailored academic support and enriching youth programs.
