Katie Wiktor

Katie Wiktor is a staff attorney at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where her practice focuses on water and natural resources law. She advises clients on a variety of water issues, including water rights acquisition, adjudication, and permitting. She has represented governmental entities, municipalities, and water augmentation corporations in water court and water rights transactions.

Katie received her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School and her B.A. from the University of Colorado. Prior to joining Davis Graham in 2019, she was an Assistant Attorney General in the Parks and Wildlife Unit of the Colorado Attorney General’s Office and an attorney for the City of Greeley, representing its Water and Sewer Department in state water court.
