Kylie Ngu is an associate in the Trial Group at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP and her practice focuses on commercial litigation and appeals in federal and state courts across the country. Kylie also has experience serving as amicus curiae and drafted an amicus brief to the Colorado Supreme Court.
In Kylie’s pro bono practice, she is currently litigating in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
In addition to her legal practice, Kylie is actively involved in Davis Graham’s recruiting and DEI initiatives through her participation in the Pledge to Diversity, which provides summer internships to diverse first-year law students.
Prior to joining Davis Graham, Kylie served as a law clerk in the Denver office of a boutique litigation firm and completed judicial externships for the Honorable Scott T. Varholak of the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and the Honorable Monica M. Márquez of the Colorado Supreme Court.
Kylie received her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School and earned her B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder, where she graduated magna cum laude. During law school, Kylie was a student attorney for the Juvenile and Family Law Clinic where she represented clients in Colorado state court.
