Mackenzie is an associate at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where she focuses her practice on corporate transactional law. She received her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Mackenzie earned her B.S.B.A. in International Business and Language from The University of Tulsa, also studying abroad at the La Universidad de Sevilla in Spain. During law school, her dedication to academic excellence earned her the Provost’s Merit Scholarship, as well as many research certifications. Mackenzie served as the staff editor for the Denver Law Review and was a LexisNexis Student Ambassador and member of the International Law Society and Business Law Society.

Prior to joining Davis Graham, Mackenzie was a law clerk in the Denver office of a nationally and internationally recognized transactional boutique law firm. While there, she gained legal experience drafting corporate documents, filing trademark applications, and conducting legal research on diverse matters. Earlier, Mackenzie was a legal intern for a capital building services company based in Denver. Most recently, she was a summer associate in the Davis Graham Transactions Department. Mackenzie provided support on mergers and acquisitions deals, reviewed and drafted a broad range of corporate documents, conducted due diligence, and performed legal research on various legal issues.
