Martine Ventello’s practice focuses on general corporate transactional, securities, and asset management matters. She focuses her practice on the formation and ongoing operational needs of private equity, venture, and hedge funds, as well as providing regulatory and compliance advice to private funds and investment advisers.

Before joining Davis Graham, she was a student honors intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and a summer associate with Partners Group, a Swiss-based global private equity firm. While earning her law degree, Martine worked as a Senior Compliance Analyst at Resource Capital Funds, a mining-focused alternative investments firm. Earlier in her career, she was Assistant Vice President of Compliance for Solus Alternative Asset Management LP, a hedge fund adviser focused on event-driven, distressed, and special situation investments in New York.

Martine holds a J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she received a number of merit-based scholarships and awards. She also has a B.A. in Government & Law and History from Lafayette College. During her undergraduate program, she studied abroad in London and was a law clerk with Lomax Lloyd-Jones Solicitors.
